Mercury has been retrograde in Leo, which
relates to 5th house matters: Children, friends, relationships.
Those who have been effected by this this transit the most
should understand that now that Mercury is going direct,
opportunities should begin to unfold for things to straighten
out, or mistakes corrected.
Mercury is actually now in a phase known as stationary through
Sunday, August 21, before picking up steam. In "The art of
Predictive Astrology,' author Carol Rushman writes, "When
Mercury stations in Leo, or the 5th house, the mental energy is
expressed in a strong and very definite manner. Positions are
taken, and almost impossible to change. Overconfidence and
egotism regarding one's decisions may be present. Any project
started will be seen through conclusion even if it is an an idea
that doesn't have merit.
Hopefully, the energy over the next few days will bring positive
opportunities, and a chance to experience things in a clear

Fast and furiously we're approaching mid month with an Aquarius Full
Moon on the 19th and the Sun entering Virgo on the 22nd. We begin
getting the cooperation from others we've been seeking, along with much
more detailed, intriguing and even stimulating conversations that will
alter our perspectives. We'll 'learn' a lot over the next 3.5 to 4
weeks ahead.

Major Planetary Movement, What It Means for YOU

Major Planetary Movement, What It Means for YOU

You should be on a roll following yesterday's lunar entry into Aries. Nevertheless, alarm bells are ringing as Mars forms a contra-parallel to Uranus (2:19AM PDT) and Juno in Taurus moves 150 degrees to Pluto in Sagittarius (12:35PM PDT).

The Mars-Uranus encounter can bring up shocking and surprising information and events. These disturbing circumstances may also harken back to activities from May 15 and May 19 when Mars joined Uranus in Pisces and both planets converged in a parallel alignment.

The Juno-Pluto contact is a warning about the current state of affairs in love, marriage and primary partnerships. If you are off course and your moral compass is askew, it's time to return to simple, open and honest communications. Luckily, Juno is also making a 72-degree contact with Uranus (9:08AM PDT). This serves to add some helpful intelligence and wisdom to your decision-making process regarding relationships. The best news of the days involves the Moon in Aries connecting with Mercury in Leo (4:44PM PDT) and Pluto in Sagittarius (8:51PM PDT) in a grand triangle in fire signs. The afternoon and evening can be chock full of literary, scientific, psychological, musical or artistic insights.

Moon in Leo

Moon in Leo
Regardless of whether you're a male or female, the very first love of your life was your mother (or if mom was absent, then another mother figure in your environment). The Moon symbolizes the unconscious, instincts, and what you need to feel nurtured in your life.

With the Moon in Leo, you are emotionally generous and very warmhearted. You have a strong emotional need for praise and attention. Under stress you may show off in order to gain attention, or become a wee bit arrogant. As a very young child, you may been very proud of your mother, or you feel she was specially proud of you. You probably saw Mom as being a powerful, warm-hearted, special, and creative woman. The Moon is the "place" where we go for comfort when scared.... and we tend to unconsciously nurture ourselves in much the same way our mothers nurtured and cared for us when we were very young children. Therefore, when under stress, you have an instinctual need to feel special, unique, and recognized. Feeling proud of yourself is how you feel the safest, the most loved, and the most nurtured. You may also have a maddening tendency toward "one-upmanship" (i.e. "anything you can do, I can do better").

MARS SPECTACULAR!

MARS SPECTACULAR!

The Red Planet is about to be spectacular! This month and next, Earth
is catching up with Mars in an encounter that will culminate in the
closest approach between the two planets in recorded hist. The
next time Mars may come this close is in 2287. Due to the way
Jupiter's gravity tugs on Mars and perturbs its orbit, astronomers
can only be certain that Mars has not come this close to Earth in the
Last 5,000 years, but it may be as long as 60,000 years before it
happens again.

The encounter will culminate on August 27th when Mars comes to within
34,649,589 miles of Earth and will be (next to the moon) the
brightest object in the night sky. It will attain a magnitude of -2.9
and will appear 25.11 arc seconds wide. At a modest 75-power
magnification, Mars will look as large as the full moon to the naked
eye. Mars will be easy to spot. At the beginning of August it will
rise in the east at 10p.m. and reach its azimuth at about 3 a.m..

By the end of August, when the two planets are closest, Mars will
rise at nightfall and reach its highest point in the sky at 12:30
a.m. That's pretty convenient to see something that no human being
has seen in recorded hist. So, mark your calendar at the beginning
of August to see Mars grow progressively brighter and brighter
throughout the month.
Share this with your children and grandchildren. NO ONE ALIVE TODAY
WILL EVER SEE THIS AGAIN!

Weekly LifeCycles June 19th - June 25th

Weekly LifeCycles June 19th - June 25th

This is a big week this week with the summer solistice on Tuesday and a full moon in capricorn Wednesday. This would be a very good time to get rid of some personal burdens and solidify financial matters.

Weekly Consciousness Tune-Up

Delete, Delete!

The energy this week is supporting us to clean house internally. The best way to illustrate this concept is by observing the miracle of the human body. Whatever the body finds to be a threat or harmful, it gets rid of. If this threat is not removed, it will make the body sick.

The spiritual world is structured the same way. And if only our negativity would come out as waste, then we’d be in great shape!

But most of us don’t remove our “mental” garbage, and our relationships get sick as a result.

So how do we do this? The answer lies in grasping the difference between restriction and suppression.

What usually happens to us once we’ve stepped onto the spiritual path is we feel guilty when a reaction bubbles to the surface, so we stuff it back down. We have an issue with a friend, but we tell ourselves, ‘I’d better restrict.’ But what we really do is suppress the feeling. The anger or frustration or sadness doesn’t go away – it gets filed away.

We build up stacks of files on others but we never bother to delete them. And these files build up until finally they corrupt the relationship. You see, all these negative files take up space in our spiritual memory bank, space that could be filled with Light.

Every time we are confronted with this same person, our perception of them is clouded by the negative memory banks. There is no way to communicate with them from a place of Light, even if we would like to do so.

‘Restrict’ doesn’t mean laying blame upon others. Other people are not the cause for our pain and suffering. What it does mean is first allowing ourselves to feel the emotion. We are not made of wood after all, and getting to the point of being able to restrict a reaction even before it happens takes lots of practice.

So we first have to be honest with ourselves about what we feel. Our next step is to remember what we talk about often in the tune ups - we create every situation in our lives, whether through previous actions or words, in this incarnation or another. And it is through these uncomfortable opportunities that we transform the most.

It goes back to that timeless question – ‘Why is this happening to me? What is my lesson?’

This is how we can best delete our negative files. And even better, create Light files in their place. Have a great week!

Lots of stuff going on in the planet department. It is very important that right now you send out the positive vibes. This is a reconcilition situation. If you send out very positive, confident energy right now, it will come back three fold. There is a gret amount of metaphysical activity with lots of Vesta Taurus activity.

This is also an excellent time to realign your finances. With Venus in Gemini.

Now the one thing that really makes the difference here is that with Mercury sextile Uranus good things are waiting in the wings. The light is definately here and we are at the end of the tunnel. Factor that information into your affairs during this 24-hour time-period in order not to get exhausted. Sagittarius Moon is a welcome relief following the weekend Full Moon and yesterday's Mars-Jupiter fracas. Lighten your burdens, tell a few jokes and don't take yourself so seriously. Sports, games and friendly sharings are back in style. Shop for athletic gear or outfits. One of the best times of the day for hobbies and crafts is 4:27PM PDT during a Moon-Mercury trine in fire signs. This is also a terrific opportunity to mail delayed correspondence or work on a literary project. The foregoing is magnified a little over an hour later when Mercury makes a subtle and yet supportive 30-degree alignment with its higher octave planet Uranus (5:30PM PDT). Studies in science, metaphysics and philosophy look promising throughout the evening. Just after the midnight hour (12:07AM PDT tomorrow), the Sun and Mars reach a contra-parallel. This is somewhat similar to the Mars-Pluto encounter from April 21. Turn in early tonight, get extra rest and take a rain check on joining any emotional debates.

This is certainly a day where values are tested and emotions are stirred. Lay low.

The Moon also squares with Neptune in Aquarius and we may want to avoid socializing, unless we have to.
The is a late night sextile to the Moon to Saturn, so if you're up late, the day ends on a note of accomplishment! Friends and friendship figure prominently now for the next few weeks! This is big as Venus has now completed its yearly transit of the zodiac, and we get a new lease of finances, love and life in general!

The Leo Moon goes 'void of course' until 6:10pm MDT, when it arrives in health conscious Virgo, and we want to 'clean up' and organize! In case you've been waiting for the inspiration!

Time to make another 'list' of things to do, as Spring is here, and you know what that means! Something that would heal old work wounds.

With Uranus trailing along in Pisces, the word 'reinvention' works itself into our vocabulary, and we can expect the unusual and innovative to be themes for weeks.

Then, the Moon trines Saturn, work issues are favored for now and the near future.

Moon sextile Mars brings opportunities to start new work projects at home or with family.

And then the Moon squares Pluto and our energy needs a cup of java, or a 10 minute nap!

Of course, the moon goes Void of course, and things calm down a bit, a good thing today!

Then, the Sun trines Saturn (during the void of course), so we can still get something accomplished, and some recognition perhaps!

Lastly, Moon enters Aries late and we get a boost of energy from nowhere, but waking up Friday will feel much easier than today!

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://alllifecycles.blogspot.com/2005/03/busy-new-moon-day-attack-of-lunar.html' title='Busy New Moon Day! Now to decide where to go?

Next, the Moon squares Mercury in Pisces, a frustrating time for communications, to say the least!

Then the moon enters Capricorn and only the 'best of' attracts us now!

Last, Mercury enters Aries, leaving the 29th degree today, so that impending disaster feeling goes away this evening! In Aries, Mercury brings fearlessness, creativity and impulsive thoughts to our minds, and we get permission to start new projects! And our optimism returns!
The Moon squares Venus late tonight, difficulty with loved ones is likely, and even later, the
Moon squares Uranus, so sleeping will be difficult, unless it's with your eyes open. This is always a good vibe to be aware of, as there is something intangable, and delicious about this once every ten-day event. And a Water Sign Trine is very psychic and felt by all. Healing energy abounds.

Then, the Moon then squares Neptune in Aquarius, and we don't have a clue, momentarially, so give yourself a break if you seem foggy. This will pass when the Moon forms a frustrating square with Mars in Capricorn and we are forced to focus on something distacting or difficult.

In the afternoon, a square of Mercury in sensitive Pisces and Pluto in outspoken Sagittarius makes for more minor challenges, yet you can get alot done if you allow for changes in your plans.

The Moon trines Saturn in Cancer in the evening, and alls' well that ends well, on a Capricornian note, as Saturn and Squares are the days theme. A well-deserved rest will be in order, if not fulfilling some more pressing obligation.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://alllifecycles.blogspot.com/2005/03/scorpio-moon-and-sun-in-pisces-form.html' title='The Scorpio Moon and the Sun in Pisces form a sweet trine in the middle of the night.
